Q: Are you accepting new patients?

A: Yes! We are accepting new patients every day. Please call today to schedule your first appointment.

 

Q: What is HAVC’s appointment policy?

A: We understand that life happens, and things come up. To help with this, we contact our patients 48 hours in advance to confirm appointments for enough notice. There are standard cancellation fees of $75.00 if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the original time.

A: We have four convenient locations to help serve you! Orlando, Waterford Lakes, Kissimmee, and Longwood:

Q: Do I have to bring my medical records with me or will HAVC request them?

A: We ask that patients bring their records with them to their first appointment, however if you would like another option you can download our medical release form to fill out and submit. Download the form by clicking here.

 

Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?

A: We request that you bring the following to your first appointment:

  • Insurance card
  • Identification card
  • Current list of medications
  • Medical Records

 

Q: Does HAVC see children?

A: HAVC currently treats patients 18 years or older.
